הארגון מספק עזרה ראשונה לא רפואית ללא כל עלות, בדרכים ובבתים בשלל תחומים, בהם: הנעת הרכב, סיוע בהחלפת גלגל, פתיחת רכב שננעל ועוד.

הארגון, הפועל בהתנדבות מלאה, מספק עזרה לזולת 24 שעות ביממה, בכל ימות השבוע, למעט שבתות וחגים.

ארגון ידידים פותח את דלתותיו בפני אזרחים המעוניינים להצטרף ולסייע בתחומים בהם הוא פעיל.

The organization provides first-aid non-medical assistance at no cost, in roads and homes in a variety of areas, including: driving a car, assisting with wheel replacement, opening a locked car and much more.

The organization, which operates on a voluntary basis, provides assistance to others 24 hours a day, throughout the week, except Saturdays and holidays.

Friends organization opens its doors to citizens who wish to join and assist in the areas in which it is active.
